At BM Marketing Solution, we strive to provide high-quality digital solutions, including software development, web design, and IT services. We value customer satisfaction and have established the following Refund & Return Policy to ensure transparency.

  2. Software & Digital Products

  • All purchases of custom software, website development, and digital products are non-refundable once the project has been initiated.

  • If a project is canceled before development begins, a partial refund (after deducting administrative costs) may be issued.

  • For ready-made scripts and digital downloads, refunds are not provided after the product has been delivered or accessed.

  1. Subscription-Based Services

  • Monthly and yearly subscription fees for SaaS products, hosting, or maintenance services are non-refundable once billed.

  • If a technical issue arises that BM Marketing Solution is unable to resolve, a pro-rata refund may be considered.

  1. Service-Based Projects

  • If a client requests a cancellation within the first 7 days of starting a service (before major development begins), a 50% refund may be considered.

  • After significant progress in the project, refunds will not be issued.

  1. Return & Replacement Policy

Since we offer digital products and services, no physical returns are applicable. However, we ensure:
Bug Fixes & Issue Resolution – If a product does not work as described, we will provide free technical support.
Feature Adjustments – Minor modifications may be provided as per the original project scope.

  1. Eligibility for Refunds

A refund request will be considered only if:
✔ The service or product is not delivered as promised.
✔ The product has critical technical defects that we are unable to resolve.
✔ The request is made within 7 days of purchase (only for eligible services).

  1. Exceptions

BM Marketing Solution reserves the right to deny refund requests if:
🚫 The service or product has already been used, accessed, or modified.
🚫 The issue is due to client-side errors, hosting problems, or third-party integrations.
🚫 The refund request is based on a change of mind after purchase.
